We went to 3 other dealerships prior to Uftring.At those places we spent most of our time waiting for help..at Uftring we were helped right away, our salesman was amazing, he listened to us and went above and beyond to helps us into the car we were looking for. I’m confident that I’m not the only person who doesn’t enjoy haggling over a new car price. The sales person I dealt with (Chad), was easy to deal with, took the time to familiarize me with the vehicle, and went the extra mile to get the necessary paperwork to my wife for signature. The finance person (Bryce), got the purchase documents completed without a “hard sell” for additional products/srevices. Both these dealership representatives were professional and easy to deal with. Because of their helpfulness and positive attitude, I will make the drive from Bloomington, Illinois to get my vehicle serviced at Uftring Subaru.

Just want to say Chad was phenomenal he was to the point gave us all the information we needed showed us all the perks as well as A few things we didn't know about. This is the second vehicle that we have bought from Chad and quite enjoyed dealing with him. He has a great personality fabulous business sense and isn't pushy like some agents are. My wife and I purchased two vehicles from Uftring Subaru. My wife got a 2024 Ascent and I got a 2025 Legacy. Sarah Patrick was our saleswomen and she was great each time we came.
